RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
It is expressly understood that all participants in the Tuna Kahuna Fishing Rodeo enter at their own risk, and that the Tuna Kahuna owners, sponsors and all persons connected directly or indirectly with the operation of said rodeo shall be exempt from any liability for libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm injury or death suffered by any participants, boat captains, crew members, vessels and equipment which may occur during or in conjunction with the rodeo.

By rodeo entry, the captain or owner consents that the Tuna Kahuna Fishing Rodeo may use without payment or restriction, any photographs in which he/she or any of their crew may appear for any purpose what so ever, including, but not limited to resale, advertising, commercial or promotional material.

The captain, owners, and his crew further release the Tuna Kahuna Rodeo owners, sponsors and all persons from injury, loss or damage that may result from participation in this rodeo. You realize that the emphasis of this fishing rodeo is mostly for social aspects and you agree to abide by all rules of the rodeo and all fishing regulations of the State of Louisiana.

This rodeo is to help benefit the building of six playgrounds in Plaqumines Parish that were hit by Hurricane Katrina and to add new up to date facilities for the children to enjoy that were affected by this storm.

The rodeo at Venice Marina on April 5 2008 will be for all those that purchased a ticket and will be a fun event as it will be a star studded venue as well. We will have food, bands and spirits for a great day of fun and some lucky soul will be going home a little richer and possibly driving home in a new truck.
